Our Oktoberfest Salt captures the warmth and abundance of autumn at the Warm Springs Mountain Gardens. Crafted with roasted onion and garlic for savory depth, brighnted with fresh lemon zest, and elevated by the delicate sweetness of fennel pollen, this blend is both rustic and refined.

Garden-grown sage, rosemary, thyme, and parsley add earthy mountain character, while basil blossoms bring a gentle floral lift. Fresh squash blossoms and golden marigold petals are carefully dried and folded in the salt, adding subtle sweetness, color and a ture taste of the harvest.
