We blend in earthy shitake mushroom powder, organic coconut sugar, ground cumin and coriander, white pepper and our house-made vegan fish sauce for deep, savory umami.
Creamy coconut milk is gently incorporated into the paste before slow drying, infusing the salt with lush tropical richness. Dried coconut flakes add subtle sweetness and texture, balancing the vibrant heat and herbaceous brightness.
Specks of mint blossoms, marigold petals, and fragrant Damascus rose petals bring a delicate floral lift.
